You need to consider the Processing Time and the Shipping Time.

The Processing Time refers to the time we need to prepare your order. All products will be shipped in less than 48 hours.

The Delivery Time depends on your country, please consider the following:

• European Union: Tracked Shipment 5-8 business days
• Rest of the World/Overseas: Tracked Shipment 8-15 business days

• Orders shipped overseas during a busy season can take up to 30 days to arrive.
• We ship all orders from Portugal and include a tracking code in all deliveries.

We accept cancellations within 24h of the purchase or before shipping.

We accept returns within 14 days with a common sense policy. Broken or damaged items won't be refunded.
